Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from WovenEase Home at https://woveneasehome.com. The seller and store operator is THREAD POP LLC.

Products and availability

Product pages identify the product, available options, price, dimensions, materials, structure, and confirmed features. Styling accessories shown in product images are not included unless the product description expressly states otherwise. Product availability may change before an order is accepted.

Prices taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout.

Accepted payment methods are American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa. Payment is authorized or collected during checkout according to the selected method.

Order confirmation and acceptance

After checkout, we send an electronic order confirmation. The confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. We accept the order when we confirm acceptance or ship the products. If we cannot accept a paid order, we will cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping

We provide free standard shipping to valid United States delivery addresses. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal public holidays.

The cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on business days. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, estimated carrier transit takes 3 to 5 business days, and total estimated delivery is 4 to 7 business days.

Cancellation address and order changes

Contact support@woveneasehome.com promptly to request cancellation, an address correction, or another order change. We can process these requests only before shipment.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns of defective and non-defective products within 30 days after delivery. Original packaging is not required, and no restocking fee applies. After authorization, the product must be handed to the designated carrier within 14 days.

Direct exchanges are available. THREAD POP LLC pays authorized return and exchange shipping. A return form and prepaid return label are included in the package; contact us for authorization before using the label.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. The bank or payment provider may require an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the funds.

Company responsibility

THREAD POP LLC is responsible for fulfilling accepted orders and meeting the shipping, return, exchange, refund, privacy, and customer service obligations published on the website and required by applicable law.

Applicable law

These Terms of Sale are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the State of Missouri. Mandatory consumer protections remain available.
