Shipping area and cost
We provide free standard shipping to valid delivery addresses in the United States. Shipping availability is confirmed during checkout.
Business days and order cutoff
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal public holidays.
The order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on business days. Orders submitted after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day.
Processing transit and total delivery time
· Order processing: 1 to 2 business days.
· Estimated carrier transit after dispatch: 3 to 5 business days.
· Total estimated delivery from order confirmation: 4 to 7 business days.
Tracking
When the order ships, we send a shipment confirmation and available tracking information to the email address supplied at checkout. Tracking may require time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Address accuracy cancellation and changes
Customers should enter a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@woveneasehome.com promptly to request cancellation, an address correction, or another order change. We can process these requests only before shipment.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows an unusual delay, delivery problem, or missing shipment, contact support@woveneasehome.com. For a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, include the order number and clear photographs when available. THREAD POP LLC will investigate and provide an appropriate shipment, replacement, exchange, or refund.
Return documents
A return form and prepaid return shipping label are included in the package. Contact us for authorization before using the label. Authorized returns and exchanges are shipped at our expense.
